Online Payment by Bank Card

For Visa and MasterCard cards, you can pay for your order in full at the time of purchase. This is a cashless payment method that saves your time, as you only need to pick up the order at the post office by showing an ID document.

Cashless Payment by Invoice and Bank Details

For individuals and legal entities: payment is made according to the issued invoice at any bank branch in Ukraine. You can receive the invoice from our online store — our staff will send it to your email.

You can pay the invoice:
— at any bank branch or terminal;
— via the “Privat24” payment system;
— using Visa or MasterCard through LiqPay.

Cash Payment to Courier

You can pay the courier in cash when you receive and check your package.

Monobank Installment Purchase

How to use:

  1. You need a monobank credit card and the monobank mobile app installed.
  2. You can check your available installment limit in the monobank app.
  3. At the time of purchase, there must be enough funds on the credit card to cover the first installment.

Cash on Delivery via “Nova Poshta”

When receiving a package at “Nova Poshta” branches, you can pay after inspecting and accepting the goods.

Cash Payment at Pickup Point

In Kyiv, at Zalyznichne Shose 2A, by prior appointment, there is a pickup point where you can pay and collect your order.

Delivery of Goods

Orders placed before 14:00 are handed over to the “Nova Poshta” delivery service the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next day.

Address Delivery Across Ukraine to Your Door

Possible by “Nova Poshta” courier service both with cash on delivery and 100% prepayment.
When sending with cash on delivery, the recipient also pays the “Nova Poshta” commission for sending the money back.

Your order will be shipped the next day after ordering. Delivery takes approximately up to 3 days. You can pay for goods online with VISA/Mastercard during order placement on the website.

For orders over 10,000 UAH with 100% prepayment — delivery is free.

For orders under 1,000 UAH — delivery costs approximately 70 UAH.

Store Pickup

You can pick up your goods at the store located at: Zalyznichne Shose St., 2A. Working hours: weekdays from 11:00 to 19:00 by prior appointment.

Delivery within Kyiv

Delivery within Kyiv is possible via “Nova Poshta” courier service. Your order will be shipped the next day after ordering.

For orders over 10,000 UAH with 100% prepayment — delivery is free.

For orders under 1,000 UAH — delivery costs approximately 70 UAH.

“Nova Poshta” Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 are transferred to the “Nova Poshta” delivery service the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next day.
