Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Rights Protection” No. 1023‑XII of May 12, 1991 .

Added something to your cart by mistake or missed something at receipt?
Found a defect when unpacking? These things happen —
we understand and will do our best to help.
Just let us know, and we’ll advise on how to proceed.

You may return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery.

All parcels sent via courier companies are insured.

Upon receipt, please inspect the packaging and ensure there are no mechanical damages.
If they are found, file a damage report and claim the insurance from the carrier.

Return Requirements

• Keep the warranty card and payment receipt.
• Product appearance and packaging must be undamaged, with all tags and labels intact.
• The item must be unused: no signs of wear, scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.
• Repackage the item exactly as you received it.
• The item must not be in the list of non-returnable goods as per the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 172 of March 19, 1994.

Categories of Items That Can / Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Can Be Returned or Exchanged

• New products without signs of use within 14 days of purchase.
• New products where color or size didn’t suit you.
• Items that do not match the description or photos.
• Items of inadequate quality.

Important! The product must retain its saleable condition, packaging, receipt (or invoice), and warranty card.

If a replacement item is out of stock, you may:

• Cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
• Choose other available items from our range, with price adjustment.
• Exchange for the same item when it’s back in stock—we’ll notify you on the day it arrives.

Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Under the Ukrainian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the online store may refuse return or exchange in cases such as:

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase and the item has no major defects.
• The item was used (even within 14 days) and is no longer new.
• The item has mechanical damage, packaging is compromised, defects are due to buyer fault or interference (opened, attempted repair), etc.
• The item has been used and has lost its saleable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, and accompanying receipt.
• A discounted bundle must be returned/exchanged in its entirety.
• The item belongs to a category that is non-returnable per regulations.

Refund Terms & Conditions

Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days, and no later than 14 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse for inspection.

Refunds will be issued via bank card transfer.
