UATAC LVL 7 Gen 2 are insulated winter tactical pants designed for use in cold, windy and wet weather conditions. The model is designed as an outer insulating layer of a clothing system and is suitable for both active movement and prolonged exposure to cold environments.
The combination of membrane fabric, Climashield® APEX synthetic insulation and CORDURA® 500D reinforced high-wear areas provides an effective balance of thermal insulation, weather protection and durability.
🌨 Weather Protection
The outer layer is made of 100% Polyester Micro-Rip with a PTFE membrane, providing:
- 💧 waterproof rating — 20,000 mm;
- 💨 breathability — 10,000 mm;
- a high level of wind protection;
- protection against precipitation and wet snow.
The seams are additionally sealed and taped, helping to reduce the risk of moisture penetrating the garment during prolonged use in adverse weather conditions.
🔥 Climashield® APEX Insulation
The internal thermal insulation layer is made of Climashield® APEX with a density of 67 g/m².
Climashield® APEX is a high-performance synthetic insulation designed to efficiently retain heat while maintaining low weight and minimal material thickness.
Its key advantages include:
- high warmth-to-weight ratio;
- low bulk;
- efficient moisture management;
- retention of thermal insulation properties in challenging weather conditions;
- resistance to repeated compression.

🛡 CORDURA® 500D Reinforcement
Areas subjected to the greatest wear and mechanical stress are additionally reinforced with CORDURA® 500D MultiCam Brookwood® USA.
Reinforcements are located in the:
- knee areas;
- seat and hip area;
- lower leg sections.
This increases the garment's resistance to abrasion, mechanical damage and tearing during intensive use.
